The Maker's Story

I am a semi-retired Goldsmith by trade, and this collection began as a creative project after I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and arthritis in my fingers. After making Minecraft-inspired wooden wall art, I discovered the versatility of shrink paper. By combining my professional metalworking skills with this playful medium, I have created a line of jewellery that is fun, nostalgic, and unique.

Materials & Finish

The design is hand-drawn on shrink paper, carefully cut out, and heated to shrink it by approximately 50%, creating a glass-like finish. A layer of UV-setting resin is applied to the front to protect the design and add a smooth, glossy finish.
